01Research use only

Every product offered on this site is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. "In-vitro" means work done in a laboratory setting - in glassware, in cell culture, in an analytical instrument - and not in a person or an animal.

Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. That includes any diagnostic, therapeutic, food, drug, cosmetic or agricultural use, and any use in or on a human or an animal. Nothing on this site is offered or sold as, or for use as, a drug, food, cosmetic, dietary supplement or medical device.

Our materials have not been tested or validated for safety or effectiveness in any use. They must be handled only by technically qualified individuals, or by those working under their direct supervision, in an appropriate laboratory setting. No usage guidance of any kind is provided or implied - not on product pages, not by phone, not by email.

02What American Alpha Labs is not

• We are not a pharmacy. We do not accept, fill or require prescriptions.
• We are not a compounding pharmacy or facility as defined under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and not an outsourcing facility as defined under section 503B. We do not compound anything.
• We are not a healthcare provider. We do not provide, and nothing on the site constitutes, medical advice or usage guidance of any kind.
• We are a supplier of research compounds and laboratory supplies to qualified researchers, and nothing beyond that.

03Who may purchase

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the site or purchase from us. Purchasing requires a registered account; guest checkout is not offered. Our catalog is offered to researchers, academic institutions and private laboratories that operate on these same terms.

The research-use confirmation is asked for more than once, on purpose:

• At the entrance to the site, every visitor confirms that they are at least 21 years of age and that they are a qualified researcher acquiring materials strictly for in-vitro laboratory research - not for human or veterinary use - and states the type of laboratory they work in.
• At registration, the same research-use attestation is required, and that confirmation is recorded with the account.
• At checkout, every order carries its own required confirmation: "I confirm I am 21 or older and that the materials in this order are for laboratory research use only - not for human or veterinary use." The answer is saved on the order itself.

We may refuse, suspend or close any account at our discretion, including where we cannot reasonably satisfy ourselves that materials will be used lawfully. If you are unsure whether your organization qualifies to order, ask before you buy. We would rather answer a question than process the wrong order.

04Where we do not ship

We do not ship research compounds to addresses in California or New York. State regulations restrict the sale of research compounds in those jurisdictions to licensed institutions, and orders to these destinations are declined at checkout. Licensed research institutions located in those states may contact us in writing to inquire; any such sale is at our sole discretion and subject to documentation we deem sufficient.

We ship within the United States. International shipping is available only when offered at checkout; where it is, the purchaser is the importer of record and is responsible for determining whether the products may lawfully be imported, possessed and used for their intended research purpose in the destination jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that cannot be verified as research use or that originate from any jurisdiction where such sales are restricted or prohibited.

05No resale, transfer or diversion

Materials are sold for the buyer's own research use only and may not be resold or transferred to anyone else. Passing materials to a person who is not a qualified researcher, or putting them to any use outside a laboratory, is a use contrary to Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.

Purchasers are responsible for confirming that these materials may lawfully be purchased, possessed and used for their intended research purpose in their own jurisdiction, and for ensuring that materials are handled, stored and disposed of by appropriately trained personnel in an appropriate facility, under their own institution's procedures.

06Product information

Product names and descriptions are provided for identification purposes only - the compound name, the quantity, the form and the lot - and are not a representation of suitability for any particular purpose. We make no claims about what any product does in a person or an animal, and no statement on this site should be read as one.

07Regulatory notice

Research compounds sold here are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, and they have not been tested or validated for safety or effectiveness in any use. American Alpha Labs makes no claim of FDA approval, clearance or registration for any product, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim.

08Reporting a concern

If you believe a product from this site is being resold, diverted, or used outside a laboratory; if you see our name used on a channel we do not operate; or if you have any question about whether an order is appropriate, tell us. A person reads every message.

We do not accept orders, payment requests or account communications through Telegram, WhatsApp, social-media direct messages, or any channel other than this site and the email above. Any message on such a channel claiming to sell our products or collect payment on our behalf is fraudulent and should be reported to us.
