02What We Cannot Help With
American Alpha Labs supplies materials for laboratory research only. Our staff cannot and will not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use, medical, or veterinary guidance under any circumstances, and cannot advise on the use of any material in humans or animals. Please do not ask — we will decline, and we will decline every time.
We also cannot advise whether a particular material may lawfully be received or used in your jurisdiction. That determination is yours to make before ordering.
03Fraud & Impersonation
Verify Before You Pay
Our only storefront is americanalphalabs.com. We do not sell or take orders through Telegram, WhatsApp, social media direct messages, or any third-party marketplace.
Payment is accepted only against an invoice we issue, and only by Zelle to info@AmericanAlphaLabs.com, or by ACH or bank wire arranged with us by telephone. That Zelle address is the only one we use. We will never ask you to send payment to a personal name, to a different email address or phone number, or to pay by gift card or cryptocurrency, and we will never contact you asking to change payment details after an invoice has been issued.
If you receive any communication claiming to be American Alpha Labs that does not match the above, it did not come from us. Please report it using the contact details on this page so we can act on it.
